Dr. Lennox Graham is a Scientist, Educator, and Motivational Speaker.  He is married with three beautiful children.  Dr. Graham has presented to Fortune 500 companies across the United States, bringing to them his unique approach to motivating and building the morale of employees.  His workshops bring all levels of the corporate pyramid together allowing employees to see each other in ways they have never seen each other before.  When employees return into the work environment they are able to motivate and encourage each other to sustain the new techniques they have learned.  Participants, even after years of attending one of Dr. Graham’s motivational sessions, are still able to recall vividly lessons they have learned. 

Over the past 15 years Dr. Graham has applied his expertise and health education experiences in making a significant difference in the Baltimore City and Maryland communities.  In 2001 he initiated theEmpowering Men to Access Care program (EMAC) with the University of Maryland School of Medicine.  With his oratorical, motivational, and empowering communication style, Dr. Graham moved 1,500 men with hypertension to seek care with a primary care provider.  In 2005 Dr. Graham launched the Howard Park Initiative taking members from the Howard Park Community and training them to become Community Health Advocates.  Dr. Graham then partnered with the Fire Department and had the Community Health Advocates take a census of the high blood pressure status in their community while the Fire Department distributed smoke detectors.   

Lennox Graham has a Doctorate in Management from the University of Phoenix and a M.Ed from Tuskegee University.  He has published in major scientific journals and has lectured at The Johns Hopkins University.  He has presented at the Maryland General Assembly on prostate cancer and its impact on African American men.  As an educator, Dr. Graham is an Assistant Professor in the Health Science Department at Howard University, Washington, DC.
